Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can request a free size or product exchange once within 30 days of receiving your order. You will have to send it to us, and we will ship it again for free. Any additional exchanges will require you to cover the shipping costs.

If you’d like to return your product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that for refunds, shipping costs are deducted from the total amount. The buyer is responsible for covering the return delivery label.

All items must be returned in their original condition, free of any signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or other factors that would prevent resale as new. You must also include the original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the product.

What about products purchased on sale?

Items bought on sale can be exchanged for variations of the same product, other products of equal value, or a Gift Card equivalent to the amount paid.

How do I process a return or exchange?

• The reason for the return (as we always strive to improve our services).

Once our team has approved your request, you can proceed to ship the products. We recommend using Correos, either via standard letter, Light parcel, or certified letter. Alternatively, you can print and attach shipping labels for your convenience.


You have 5 calendar days to send your package after approval. Make sure the box is securely sealed with adhesive tape to ensure the safety of the items during transit.

When will I receive my new order or refund?

Returns follow a specific protocol, different from the original shipping process.

Once you drop off your return and it is delivered back to our warehouse. Our operations team will inspect the return, ensuring it passes quality control and that the items are returned in the same condition they were delivered. After this, your return will be approved, and we’ll proceed with the refund or the shipment of your exchange.

Please note that this process can take a little longer due to the necessary inspections.

If you’ve requested an exchange, once the new package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information sent to the same email address and delivery address you provided at purchase.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the refunded amount. Depending on your bank, the funds may take 1 to 10 business days to appear in your account.

What if I haven’t received my confirmation email?

I haven’t received my order. What happened?

There are two common reasons why your order might not have arrived:

1. Incorrect Address: Please verify the shipping address provided in your order confirmation email. If the address is incorrect, Correos will not be able to deliver your package. In most cases, the courier will attempt to resolve the issue or redirect the package to the nearest Correos collection point. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, refer to the section above for help.

2. Delivery Attempts: Correos policy includes two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, your package will be left at the nearest Correos collection point.

• Correos will leave a note in your mailbox with details of where to pick up the package.

• If you don’t receive the note, you can find the pickup location and status using the tracking link sent to your email.

• Packages will be held at the collection point for 14 days before being returned to us, you will need your DNI to pick it up.

If your package is returned to us, we will issue a refund, but please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Can I cancel or modify the components of my order?

If you have not yet received the confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped, you can modify your order. This includes changing the size, contents, or delivery address. To request changes, please contact us at contactkapita@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Once the confirmation email has been sent and the order is on its way, we cannot cancel or modify the components of your order. In this case, you will need to wait to receive the package and process a return or exchange through the provided instructions.

If you wish to adjust the delivery location after shipping, you will need to contact Correos directly using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. They can assist you in redirecting the package to a Parcel Shop for easier collection if needed.

Standard Domestic Shipping:
